The sun is shining, the bells of St Mary's Church are ringing. This morning I have joined the congregation for their Sunday morning service. Wishing everyone a Happy Sunday!
Following concerns raised by residents, a speed watch was conducted on Delamere Park Way West. The highest speed recorded was 29 mph. Police warning letters will be issued to all registered keepers. If you’d like to volunteer and support our Community Speed Watch scheme, please get in touch: Michelle.Gillett@cheshire.police.uk Together, we can keep our roads safer.
Following speed concerns raised by residents to both CWAC Cllr Edwards and myself, we’ll be holding a Street a Week session tomorrow from 10:00 to 11:00 hours on the estate. To ensure we’re accessible to all residents, we’ll be based outside the Community Swimming Pool. Come along to share your views and complete your Resident Voice Survey in person. Alternatively, you can complete the survey online via the link below. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Due to the temporary outage of the SID and concerns raised by residents to the Weaverham Parish Chairman, speed enforcement has been conducted in the affected area. The highest recorded speed was 38 mph. Next Steps: Video evidence is being processed and will be forwarded to the Central Ticket Office for further action.
What a brilliant way to spend a scorching afternoon — watching local past and present cricketers play a friendly at Weaverham Cricket Club! Congratulations to Weaverham on their victory in the local derby against Barnton yesterday. A fantastic effort and great community spirit all round. If you look closely (photo on Northwich North face book page), you can even spot two black planes flying overhead.
